Post Title: Admin Assistant (HR)

Position Status: Permanent
Contractual Hours: 15 hours per week (10am to 3pm each day over 3 days Monday to Friday with Friday as one of the days)
Contractual Weeks: 40 weeks per year
Salary: BEX05 points 1-4 £8,083 - £8,376
Post Start Date: As soon as possible
Closing Date: Midday Monday 4th October 2021
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to manage the administrative HR procedures within the school. This will involve all areas of staffing and HR, including pay claims, absence returns, paperwork for new appointments and changes to staffing.
Through liaison with the school’s leadership team, the Trust’s central HR team and new and existing employees, it will be your role to ensure that all the required documentation is provided in an accurate and timely manner.
With an enthusiastic and supportive approach, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the school and administrative service and support of the Leadership and Management of the school.
You will work for 15 hours each week during term time and be expected to have a flexible approach to the work and the hours required with an extra week each year to be worked during the holiday periods.
