Position Status: Temporary to cover maternity leave
Contractual Hours: 36 hours per week for 41 weeks per year
Salary: BEX06 £20,611 - £22,130
Post Start Date: As soon as possible
Closing Date: Midday Friday 22nd October
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join the Trust HR team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident person with exceptional administrative skills to join the team to cover for a maternity leave.
The HR team provides HR advice and support to the schools within the Trinitas family. We are a friendly and supportive team and we pride ourselves on giving our schools the best possible HR service. We are looking for the right person to join our team and share our commitment.
The successful candidate will:
Be the first point of contact with our schools and will have excellent communication skills, and be able work effectively with school leaders and staff
Understand the need for confidentiality and sensitivity
Maintain a high standard of HR administration and support in accordance with the Trust HR Policies and Procedures
Have a flexible approach so that all of the HR Administrative needs of the department can be met
Share our commitment to the Trust’s vison and expectations
Once fully trained, the opportunity for some home working will be available
Ideally we would like a full time person, but would be willing to consider part time
