BEVERLEY GARDNER
CEO
Beverley gives strategic and operational support to the schools in the Trust, to ensure that the school improves at every level. Beverley ensures that Trinitas gives good value for money, and that all schools in the Trust work to the same high expectations. Beverley represents the Trust to the DfE, ESFA, LA, other schools and Trusts and leads the development of the Trust.
Beverley is a National Leader of Education (NLE).
SAM KARUHANGA
Chief Financial Officer
Sam is a Chartered Certified Accountant and MBA holder. He joined Trinitas in January 2020, with over 20 years' experience as a Finance Director.
Sam leads on all financial matters at the Trust, overseeing budget planning and forecasting, internal and statutory reporting, and compliance with financial regulations and accountability to the ESFA.
JAN STODDARD
HR Director
Jan is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and leads the HR team. Jan oversees all aspects of HR, including advice on recruitment, terms and conditions of employment and employee relations.
SAM LUKER
Business Director
Sam is a qualified school business manager, leading on all business and operational matters across the Trust. He provides strategic support for business, operational and compliance matters, including administrative services, data protection, estates, health and safety, risk management and insurance, as well as contract negotiation and management.
LIZ HAYLE
Trust Safeguarding Lead
Liz gives strategic and operational support to schools, to ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are compliant, effective and up to date. She creates and writes Trust safeguarding policies, ensuring that all policies refer to the latest legislation and local authority’s protocol and procedures.
Liz is also a trained trainer, delivering a variety of safeguarding sessions for trustees and governors, staff, parents and pupils.
KATHARINE MACKENZIE
Company Secretary and Trust Clerk
Katharine provides strategic governance support to ensure that the Trust continues to be compliant with legislation, statutory guidance and policy review. She works with the trustees and with local governors to ensure they are effective in their roles. Katharine maintains the governance related registers, as well as clerking all trustee meetings.
TINA SOLLISS
Executive Assistant
Tina provides a full and comprehensive Executive Assistant service to the Trust CEO, including full administrative responsibilities, confidential secretarial support, organisational and project management support, assisting the CEO in carrying out her role efficiently and effectively.
