Recruitment Incentive & Employee Referral
£500 Recruitment Allowance
We are offering a recruitment allowance of £500 to all teachers employed directly by us (i.e. not via a recruitment agency).
Upon successful completion of the first two terms of NQT Induction, NQTs will receive £500 in their salary.
For experienced teachers, the £500 will be paid following successful completion of the probationary period (6 months).
Employee Referral Programme
The Employee Referral Programme is open to all staff across the Trust and is in place as an incentive to encourage employees to recommend people in their professional networks for vacancies across the Trust.
Currently, referral incentive payment of £500 will be paid for referral of any teacher appointed directly by the Trust (i.e not via a recruitment agency).
The referral fee will be payable when the new employee has completed a 3 month period of employment. The person making the referral must be in employment at the Trust at the time in which the incentive is due to be paid.
