Trinitas Expectations
All members of the Trinitas family sign up to our five Trinitas Expectations. These Expectations are protocols setting out what we can expect from each other.
We apply these Expectations to the way we work, the way we do staff appraisal, and the way we describe our roles and responsibilities. Our Vision gives us direction, and our Expectations shape how we work.
