SIMON GODDEN

CEO 

Simon leads the Executive Team of the Trust, ensuring all schools are successful over time in a sustainable way. Simon provides high level strategic leadership across all aspects of the Trust's activities, working closely with Trustees, Governors, the Trinitas Central Team and School Leaders.

Simon ensures that the Trust provides a high quality education for all of its pupils, and that staff are valued and developed, through the effective and efficient use of resources and people. He represents the Trust to a wide range of stakeholders and partners, and enables the Trust to fulfil its civic responsibilities and meet its statutory and legal requirements.

SIMON WALTHAM

School Improvement & Development Director 

Simon works with the principals of each of the Trinitas Academies to support them with securing the best possible opportunities and outcomes. Simon is part of the Central Executive Team. Simon is Lead Coach and Facilitator for Trinitas in its delivery of the National Professional Qualification program. Simon has been a teacher for over twenty five years and in that time has been both a Headteacher, and Executive Headteacher.

SAM KARUHANGA

Chief Financial Officer 

Sam is a Chartered Certified Accountant and MBA holder. He joined Trinitas in January 2020, with over 20 years' experience as a Finance Director.

Sam leads on all financial matters at the Trust, overseeing budget planning and forecasting, internal and statutory reporting, and compliance with financial regulations and accountability to the ESFA.

JAN STODDARD

HR Director

Jan is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and leads the HR team. Jan oversees all aspects of HR, including advice on recruitment, terms and conditions of employment and employee relations.

SAM LUKER

Chief Operating Officer

Sam is a qualified school business manager, leading on all business and operational matters across the Trust. He provides strategic support for business, operational and compliance matters, including administrative services, data protection, estates, health and safety, risk management and insurance, as well as contract negotiation and management. 

LIZ HAYLE

Trust Lead for Safeguarding

Liz gives strategic and operational support to schools, to ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are compliant, effective and up to date. She creates and writes Trust safeguarding policies, ensuring that all policies refer to the latest legislation and local authority’s protocol and procedures.

Liz is also a trained trainer, delivering a variety of safeguarding sessions for trustees and governors, staff, parents and pupils.

KATHARINE MACKENZIE

Trust Lead for Governance

Katharine provides strategic governance support to ensure that the Trust continues to be compliant with legislation, statutory guidance and policy review. She works with the trustees and with local governors to ensure they are effective in their roles. Katharine maintains the governance related registers, as well as clerking all trustee meetings.

TINA SOLLISS

Executive Assistant

Tina provides a full and comprehensive Executive Assistant service to the Trust CEO, including full administrative responsibilities, confidential secretarial support, organisational and project management support, assisting the CEO in carrying out his role efficiently and effectively.
